By using nedrowenterprises.biz and the services of Nedrow Enterprises, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Nedrow Enterprises acts as a vehicle shipping agent, coordinating transport between customers and licensed motor carriers. We are not the carrier and do not directly transport vehicles.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may change if vehicle details, pickup/delivery locations, or transport requirements change. Final pricing is confirmed before dispatch.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before a carrier is dispatched are generally free. Cancellations after dispatch may be subject to fees as defined by the carrier.

Insurance & Liability

Each motor carrier maintains its own cargo insurance. Claims for damage are filed directly against the carrier's insurance; Nedrow Enterprises will assist in this process.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must accurately describe vehicles, remove personal belongings, and be present (or designate an adult representative) at pickup and delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Nedrow Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from carrier delays or actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
